Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests communicated in writing via email to WIFS on or before August 1, 2025, are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received August 1 – September 5, 2025 will received a 50% refund. We are unable to issue any amount of a refund for cancellations after September 5, 2025. A $150 processing fee applies to all refunds. Forfeited registration fees are not eligible for refunds and cannot be applied to future events or transferred.
