About the Chapter
Chapter Mission Statement
Our mission at the WIFS Phoenix chapter is to empower and support women in all stages of professional life within insurance, financial services, and related fields. Through organic growth and trusted introductions within our community, we are dedicated to attracting, advancing, and celebrating women's achievements across generations. Recognizing the strength in diversity and collaboration, we foster strategic partnerships with professionals of all ages—from the next generation to those in later seasons of their careers—in insurance, financial services, legal, accounting, and consulting fields. Together, we innovate and create a lasting legacy of empowerment for women in our industries, by extending our commitment nationally by collaborating with all WIFS chapter members. We acknowledge that our support and influence transcend state borders, uniting women across the country in our shared mission.
