WIFS October Education Webinar: Embracing AI to Build Deeper Client RelationshipsWhile the integration of AI in wealth management has the potential to enhance efficiency and scalability, it can also open the door to stronger human connections and help advisors build deeper client relationships. Cambridge Investment Research’s Erica Molina, AVP, Strategic Planning and Innovation, will explain why advisors and advisory firms should adopt AI solutions to enhance the critical human aspects of client interactions. Erica will discuss how Cambridge currently leverages AI, practical uses of the technology, why a thoughtful approach to AI is important, and actionable steps audience members can take to advocate for the strategic implementation of AI across their businesses. She will also present on the potential effects of AI on financial advisors' workflows, including job displacement concerns and the benefits of AI tools in streamlining tasks. Erica will argue AI tools are not replacing the human element but augmenting it and empowering wealth managers to deliver more personalized, efficient, and responsive client service while strengthening connections with the people they serve. By handing AI certain tasks, advisors can spend more time on what matters most – fostering deeper human connection and providing the best client service possible.
