Megan Easton serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ibexis, where she excels in building strong relationships with sales partners while spearheading marketing initiatives that enhance brand recognition and expand market reach.

Previously, Megan was the Director of Retirement Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning at Ash Brokerage. In this role, she developed and delivered educational campaigns, marketing programs, and strategic plans that positively impacted all levels of distribution.

Before joining Ash Brokerage, Megan played a pivotal role in growing annuity sales at Annexus, Athene Annuity, and RBC Insurance. She led marketing groups, managed internal sales teams, and implemented training platforms to drive success in these organizations.

Megan is committed to giving back to her industry by volunteering as a Chapter Director on the National Board of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), where she helps attract, develop, and advance women in the industry.
