Click here to register!![]() Moira Buckley has a strong desire to positively impact the lives of others, develop individuals and teams to achieve high levels of success, and create change that drives enterprise growth. Moira joined Prudential upon graduating from college, and she feels lucky to have entered a career that has allowed her to do all of these things. Moira began her career as a financial advisor and recruiter. With over 25 years of progressively responsible experience, Moira's journey has included roles in sales or customer-facing positions, project management, strategy, and senior-level leadership. She has been an influential voice in developing financial planning capability throughout the organization, social media engagement within Prudential Advisors and the financial services industry, and attracting and developing quality talent that will better serve Prudential's mission of expanding access to investing, insurance and retirement security.
In her current role as Territory Vice President for the Western United States, she is responsible for the coordination and implementation of strategic planning and direction for 8 Firms in 24 States. Moira serves on the board of FINESCA, the premier advocacy association for the financial services industry, and is a member of the Advisory Board for Women’s President’s Organization. She is executive sponsor of the Retail Advice and Solutions Women's Program which she established in 2018. She actively volunteers for Project Lemonade, a foster youth organization in Portland, Oregon, and is a former board member of SIDS of Oregon and Oregon Episcopal School. Moira holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Southern Oregon University. She and her husband Mike have three children, Piper, Lily, and Jack.
![]() Since 2012, Kim has served as the Managing Director of the North Carolina Financial Group. In this role, Kim works closely with field leaders to develop relationships within their communities, as well as recruiting, sales, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, she is a coaching and development resource for her team of Financial Advisors and Regional Directors.

Being drawn to Prudential for their shared values and vision of serving community needs throughout the Carolinas, Kim joined the Prudential team in 2003 and has held many roles within the company including Financial Planner, Manager Financial Services, Talent Acquisition Manager, Manager Agency Training and Development and Associate Managing Director.

Kim is a graduate of Cornell University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She resides in Charlotte with her husband Del, three sons Blake, Damon and Jordan, who keep her on her toes (and running to a lot of activities including soccer, basketball, football, baseball, golf & tennis) and their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Jada. She enjoys playing tennis, running, cheering on the Carolina Panthers, and is active in her community, devoting her volunteer hours to 24 Hours of Booty and Youth Sports in the Charlotte Community.
