The Women in Insurance & Financial Services leadership compass consists of a board of directors. Board members can be nominated by any WIFS member, and the Nominating Committee oversees the selection process. The Slate of Officers is announced in August, and is approved at the Annual Meeting held during the National Conference in October.

Members of the Board of Directors represent many facets of the industry, come from all over the country, and bring different backgrounds and viewpoints to WIFS.

WIFS operates in a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, and request that all members and sponsors honor this policy by refraining from using our membership directory or soliciting members for recruiting purposes.

Use of the WIFS Member Directory for solicitation, marketing, recruiting, advertising or self-promotion is expressly forbidden and is in violation of the WIFS Recruitment Policy. Abuse of the WIFS Member Directory will result in immediate suspension of membership.
